We are very excited to be running Riso Summer School in July! If you would like to accelerate your Riso learning and spend more time printing with a technician, then this might be perfect for you.

We expect most people will want to spend time at the press working on their own projects but have scheduled some optional workshops for those who would like more facilitation.

The three workshops included as part of Riso Winter School are:

Riso Induction (two-colour) - Monday

Make a Set of Cards (three-colour) - Tuesday

Make a Mini Zine (single-colour) - Wednesday

There will be two technicians and two machines so lots of opportunities to get advice/support and print throughout the week! We can guarantee each person can print at least 1 A3 double sided each day, any quantity (charged at regular RRP printing prices). You can come with a project ready to print or use the studio time to make and print your work.

Riso Summer School is open to all, no experience required. The school will run from Monday 14th- Friday 18th July 11am-5pm (come for the whole day or drop-in any time, basic drawing materials provided). There will also be an opportunity to participate in a mini group display on Friday 18th 5-7pm (if enough people in the group want to do this).

*Printing costs for the 3 listed workshops is included in the price (5 prints/copies per workshop) but any additional printing is charged at our regular rates, we have recycled paper and card at RRP but you can bring your own too (80-200gsm uncoated)  - print/paper prices can be found here.
