Vote to keep us open!

Vote, vote, vote to keep us open!
We’ve dreamed up a programme of events to keep Rabbits Road Press open, active and free next year but we need public votes for it to go ahead!
It’s part of Newham’s People Powered Places Big Vote for local programming and the programme we’ve proposed, Print Revival: Old Manor Park Library, features lots of free workshops for children, the elderly and young people alike.
If we get the funding, it will cover enough running costs to also continue our regular open access workshops and print slots for all. The programme will only go ahead if we get enough votes for it though. We want to run:
Big Family Press: 2-weeks of free workshops for children with drop-in activities during school holidays. Expect crazy collage, stamp-making, drawing and more!
Manor Park Memories: A 6-week free workshop series for seniors to make a brand new publication.
Manor Park Recipes: Make a local recipe book together inspired by Manor Park's cultures through a 5-week free workshop series open to all.
Youth Art Paper: A three-day free art school for 10 young people to create a newspaper publication about causes/issues they care about.
We would massively appreciate it if you could take 5 minutes to vote for our project. You will be asked to:
Make a quick login. If you already have a Newham address you’re good to go! (If you don’t get in touch with us for how to support)
You can then vote for up to a minimum of 5 and maximum of 10 projects. Please dig around and vote for our project Print Revival: Old Manor Park Library!
Don’t forget to click submit in the top right corner to cast your votes.
